Delivery Terms
These terms & conditions outline the delivery policy for orders placed on our online store.
We offer free delivery in Gauteng for orders over R900, and free delivery nationally for orders over R1400.
For orders below these amounts, the following delivery charges will apply:
R75 within Gauteng
R130 Nationwide
Payment and Dispatch:
Orders which have been placed, and paid for on a working day before 15:30, will be dispatched the next working day, provided the payment reflects in our account.
Delivery Timeframe:
-Parcels are usually delivered in 2-5 working days.
-You will receive an email with shipping details which will include a waybill number, and a link to track your parcel online. Please use this link to track your parcel.
-If a parcel is delayed for longer than 7-10 working days, please send an email to: orders@onelife.co.za
and we will follow-up with the courier company.
-Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a time frame when the courier driver will arrive to deliver the parcel. Please ensure someone is present at the delivery address to receive and sign for the parcel. Ensure your phone is with you, in case the courier driver needs to contact you regarding timing or entry.
-Please note: our courier is unable to deliver to any post offices/ postal address (P.O.Box).
Perishable Items:
- When an order is placed for any perishable item (including bread), we will contact you to enquire regarding the most suitable time for us to send the parcel to you (depending on type of product and proximity to delivery address).
- Bread orders are required to be placed by Monday morning, before 10:00 am , in order for dispatch to take place on Wednesday.
- In the event you order bread, or any perishable over a weekend, we will contact you on the next business day regarding when is the most suitable time for us to send the order.
Kindly note:
-We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.
-The courier company does not operate over weekends.
