Barley grass is a superfood derived from the leaf of the barley plant, and is available in various forms, including powders, juices and tablets.

Barley grass is a great source of many nutrients, including fiber, polyphenols, flavonoids, and vitamins A, C, and K. It is a chlorophyll-rich compound, rich in antioxidants and essential amino acids.

    Directions for Use:
