Ingredients:

MCT oil from sustainably-sourced palm kernels & coconuts: 60/40 ratio of Caprylic (C8) and Capric (C10) fatty acids.

Directions for Use:

Suggested Use: 1 - 3 teaspoons of oil with food.

Precautions:

Do not take MCTs on an empty stomach. If you are new to MCTs, start with a small amount (1 tsp) and slowly build up. Not recommended for cooking.
