What is Cod Liver Oil?

Cod liver oil is the oil extracted from the livers of Atlantic cod,Gadidae fish. It provides one of the richest sources of omega 3 fatty acids (EPA and DHA), as well as provides an additional source of vitamin A and D.

Directions for Use:

Take 2ml daily. Take with water after food. Consult a registered healthcare provider for use beyond 6 months.
