SFERA BIO NUTRITION - Vitamin D3 1000Iu With MCT 60 Capsules

Sfera Vitamin D₃ is blended to provide a 1000 I.U. Vitamin D3 dosage along with added medium chain triglyceride. 

Calciferol also commonly known as Vitamin D3 is an important vitamin, which can be taken as a vitamin supplement. Vitamin D3 is a group of fat-soluble secosteroids and can improve absorption of calcium, magnesium, and phosphate. Vitamin D3 has an array of beneficial properties and may:

• Help in the development and maintenance of bones and teeth

• Help in the absorption and use of calcium and phosphorous

• Act as a factor in the maintenance of good health

• Reduce the risk of developing osteoporosis

• Contribute to normal cell division

• Contribute to the maintenance of normal muscle function

Coconut oil is a source of medium chain triglycerides which are easy digestible fatty acid chains, which can be used for nutrition and can act as a source of antioxidants.

Ingredients

One vegetarian capsule provides: Vitamin D₃ (Cholecalciferol) 1000 I.U. and MCT Powder (Medium Chain Triglycerides) 100 mg.

Other ingredients: Vegetarian capsule and microcrystalline cellulose

Directions

Take one (1) capsule per day after a meal, or as directed by your health care provider.

Sfera Vitamin D₃ has added MCT (Medium-chain triglycerides) which provides a fatty acid base for absorption. Medium-chain fatty acids have 6 – 12 carbon atoms and given the shorter chain lengths of MCT’s, they are rapidly broken down and absorbed into the body.

Sfera Vitamin D₃ 1000 I.U. may be detrimental to persons already receiving an adequate intake through diet and exposure to sunlight.

Children and adolescents: Should not exceed the usual daily dose.
