The Sfera Phosphatidylserine complex is a blend of phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylcholine. Phosphatidylserine and phosphatidylcholine are phospholipids used in cell membranes. Supplementation of these phospholipids may assist with cognitive and liver health.

Directions
Take one (1) to three (3) capsules per day after a meal, or as directed by your health care provider.
